Easter bags!

How cute are these???

When my in-laws came to town from Joshua Tree last month for Victoria’s birthday, they were clearly thinking ahead and brought Easter🐰 gifts for the kids.

I, on the other hand… Ordered things from Zulily… Forgetting that they sometimes take forever to arrive…🤦‍♀️ But they arrived yesterday evening… Just in the knick of time ⌚.

I just saw the bags from the grandparents this morning when my hubby brought the bag down. 😍

Such a creative idea, lunch bags, and what appears to be stick on dividers, except they are super cute, and some rope and staples and you’ve got a cute little Easter bag. Then add your own creative style to decorate. I’m guessing this was Nana Edie’s artwork since she is super creative and these are just adorable! ❤️ Maybe Grandad Rob helped too 🤷‍♀️.

I’ll have to remember this when I want to make some cute bags with handles! ❤️

Coloring Pages

Did you know that you can search for coloring pages online? After failing at an attempt to draw The Hulk for my son to color I decided to search for one and did you know… you can search for almost any character followed by “coloring page” and you’ll get back tons of pages that you can print from your computer to your own printer.

My son likes to color some of the same characters over and over. and he’s really good at staying in the lines for being only 3 years old. So glad I discovered this little hack, especially since I’m not that great of an artist and he could tell that my drawings didn’t look exactly like the character.

Instant Pot Chicken Enchilada Casserole

You know I love my Instant Pot (IP) almost as much as I love my pink drink… Tonight I found the easiest way to make chicken enchiladas!

I had already made my chicken my IP yesterday, dumped out the juice, then shredded the chicken with my hand mixer (if you don’t know this hack, you need to). So, today, I was going to attempt to make an enchilada casserole the way my dad does, but… This is even easier!

I dumped in the can of enchilada sauce… Maybe I’ll attempt to make my own next time, baby steps… Then the shredded chicken, a can of corn, cheese then 15 mini corn tortillas torn into pieces. Stirred it up, then topped with more cheese and olives and put the timer on manual for 3 minutes and let it do slow release. Yummy!
